What do I need to get started?

You need a valid driver's license, your own van or moving elevator and a smartphone. Furthermore, we provide everything you need to take on and perform rides.

How does signing up as a driver work?

Registering is easy. You fill in your details via our app, upload the necessary documents and link your bank account securely via Stripe. Once your profile is approved, you can immediately accept rides in your region.

When will I be paid out?

All drivers are automatically paid every week (Friday) to their own linked bank account.

Do I need to have a Chamber of Commerce registration to ride through VanX?

Ja, een KvK-inschrijving is verplicht om via VanX te kunnen rijden. Tijdens je registratieproces wordt dit duidelijk aangegeven en gecontroleerd. Als zelfstandige ben je daarnaast zelf verantwoordelijk voor je inkomsten, belastingaangifte en eventuele verzekeringen.

What if a customer doesn't show up on time or cancels?

A customer can cancel a ride free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. If the ride is cancelled within 24 hours before departure, the full amount will be charged and you, the driver, will simply receive your compensation. This keeps it fair for everyone and you always know where you stand.
