What can I have transported?

Pretty much anything will fit in a van - from furniture, packages and moving boxes to white goods or construction equipment. Does it involve heavy or large objects? If so, indicate this clearly with your request so that the driver comes well prepared.

How is the price calculated?

The price is calculated automatically based on distance, vehicle type and any surcharges (such as extra lifting assistance or waiting time). So you know exactly where you stand in advance - no surprises afterwards.

How do I pay for my ride?

You pay securely online via iDEAL, credit card or other payment methods available on the platform. Payment is made entirely through VanX, providing security for both you and the driver.

Can I change or cancel my ride?
